About InkEthos

InkEthos is booking, scheduling, and client messaging software for tattoo artists and studios, operated by InkEthos LLC, 1737 W Sallie Lane, Anaheim, CA 92804. Artists use InkEthos to schedule appointments, collect consent forms, take payments, and message their clients. SMS Messaging Terms

InkEthos LLC is the sender of the text messages in the InkEthos Appointment & Message Notifications program. We text you about your booking with the tattoo artist or studio you booked with. Providing your phone number by itself does not sign you up for texts. You start receiving them only by taking one of these explicit actions:

• Checking the separate, optional SMS consent checkbox next to the phone field on the booking form. It is unchecked by default, and leaving it unchecked does not affect your booking.
• Texting the InkEthos number first, so we can reply by text.

The messages you then receive include new-message alerts when your artist sends you a message (with a secure link to view and reply), booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and consent-form and payment requests. One-time sign-in codes are sent only when you request one on our sign-in page. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking or of any purchase. • Message frequency varies based on your appointments and conversations with your artist.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further texts will be sent. You can still view and reply to your artist’s messages through your secure chat link.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected] or (714) 654-0911.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile phone number and opt-in consent are used only to deliver the messages described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.

Use of the Service

Artists and studios are responsible for the content they send and the client data they manage through InkEthos. Clients access their conversations, appointments, forms, and payments through secure links. Do not share your secure chat link; anyone with the link can view your conversation with your artist.
